New Administrative Capital – العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة
A new city of the fourth generation cities and the new future capital of the Arab Republic of Egypt, located in Cairo Governorate, and managed by the Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company. The city was established by Decree No. 57 of 2016 issued by the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and its establishment was announced during the Conference to Support and Develop the Egyptian Economy held in Sharm El-Sheikh from March 13 to 15, 2015. A contract was signed with the United Arab Emirates to establish it during the conference. The total area of the city is about 170 thousand acres (688 km²), which is larger than the area of Singapore and four times larger than Washington, the capital of the United States of America It is about 60 km east of Cairo and about 65 km west of Suez It is planned to accommodate approximately 6.5 million people upon completion of all construction phases. The Administrative Capital was established to alleviate congestion in Cairo, and to be the new capital and seat of government of Egypt by the end of June 2022, where the headquarters of the Presidency of the Republic, the Presidency of the Government, the House of Representatives, the Senate, ministries, government agencies and bodies, as well as embassies and consulates of foreign countries will be relocated. It will be the financial center of Egypt, as it contains the financial and business district, which will include the headquarters and regional offices of major Egyptian and international companies and banks. The city is administratively divided into 20 districts and areas with different uses, and will also include, for example, the strategic headquarters of the state leadership, the City of Arts and Culture, the Egypt International Olympic City, the City of Knowledge, and the Green River, which will extend for more than 35 km, making it six times larger than Central Park in New York City.
مدينة جديدة من مدن الجيل الرابع وعاصمة جمهورية مصر العربية المستقبلية الجديدة تقع في محافظة القاهرة، وتُديرها شركة العاصمة الإدارية للتنمية العمرانية أُنشئت المدينة بقرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية عبد الفتاح السيسي رقم 57 لسنة 2016 وأُعلن عن إنشائها خلال مؤتمر دعم وتنمية الاقتصاد المصري المُقام في مدينة شرم الشيخ في الفترة من 13 إلى 15 مارس 2015 وتم التعاقد مع الإمارات العربية المتحدة على إنشائها خلال فعاليات المؤتمر. تبلغ المساحة الإجمالية للمدينة نحو 170 ألف فدان (688 كم²)، وهي أكبر من مساحة سنغافورة وأكبر أربعة أضعاف من مدينة واشنطن عاصمة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، تبعد عن مدينة القاهرة بحوالي 60 كم في اتجاه الشرق، وعن مدينة السويس نحو 65 كم في اتجاه الغرب، ومن المخطط أن تستوعب ما يقرب من 6.5 مليون نسمة عند الانتهاء من مراحلها الإنشائية بالكامل.
أُنشئت العاصمة الإدارية للتخفيف من حدة الازدحام بمدينة القاهرة، ولتكون العاصمة الجديدة ومقر لحكم مصر بنهاية يونيو 2022، حيث سيتم نقل مقرات رئاسة الجمهورية، رئاسة الحكومة، مجلس النواب، مجلس الشيوخ، الوزارات، الهيئات والجهات الحكومية، وكذلك سفارات وقنصليات الدول الأجنبية، وستكون المركز المالي لمصر حيث يوجد بها حي المال والأعمال الذي سيضم المقرات والمكاتب الإقليمية لكبرى الشركات والبنوك المصرية والعالمية، تُقسم المدينة إدارياً إلى 20 حي ومنطقة مختلفة الاستخدامات، وستضم أيضاً على سبيل المثال مقر قيادة الدولة الاستراتيجي، مدينة الفنون والثقافة، مدينة مصر الدولية للألعاب الأولمبية، مدينة المعرفة، والنهر الأخضر الذي سيمتد لأكثر من 35 كم مما يجعله أكبر ستة أضعاف من سنترال بارك في مدينة نيويورك.
Fifth settlement – التجمع الخامس

It is distinguished by its strategic location, moderate weather, complete facilities and entertainment services, in addition to the designs of its residential units that combine the Eastern and Western styles. It is a new city of the third generation cities in Egypt, located in Cairo Governorate, and administratively affiliated to the New Urban Communities Authority It was established by Decree No. 191 of 2000 of the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt. It is one of the largest new cities in Egypt, with an estimated area of about 85 thousand acres after an area of 15 thousand acres was added by Ministerial Decree No. 499 of 2016. It consists of several residential complexes, the largest of which is the Fifth Settlement, in addition to Rehab, the First Settlement, the Third Settlement, and others. The city is located in the eastern arc of Cairo, east of the Ring Road, in the space between the Cairo-Suez Desert Road and the Cairo-Ain Sokhna Road. The population of the city is expected to reach 4.9 million people when its growth is complete. The climate of New Cairo is desert, and due to its high altitude, New Cairo enjoys a milder climate than Cairo, and it is about five degrees Celsius lower.
هي مدينة جديدة من مدن الجيل الثالث في مصر، تقع في محافظة القاهرة، وتتبع إدارياً لهيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة، أنشأت بقرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 191 لسنة 2000، وتعد من أكبر المدن الجديدة في مصر حيث تقدر مساحتها بحوالي 85 ألف فدان بعد أن تم إضافة مساحة 15 ألف فدان بالقرار الوزاري رقم 499 لسنه 2016، تتكوّن من عدة تجمعات سكنية أكبرهم التجمع الخامس إضافة إلى الرحاب والتجمع الأول والتجمع الثالث وغيرها. تقع المدينة في القوس الشرقي للقاهرة شرق الطريق الدائري في المسافة المحصورة بين طريق القاهرة – السويس الصحراوي وطريق القاهرة – العين السخنة. ومن المنتظر أن يصل عدد السكان بالمدينة إلى 4.9 مليون نسمة عند اكتمال نموها. ومناخ القاهرة الجديدة صحراوي، ونظراً لارتفاعها تتمتع القاهرة الجديدة بجو ألطف من القاهرة، وهي تقل عنها بخمس درجات مئوية تقريبا.

It is a former Egyptian governorate that was established by a presidential decree on April 18, 2008, as an independent governorate from Giza Governorate. It was abolished in 2011 to return to Giza Governorate. Its head was Dr. Fathy El-Sayed Ibrahim Saad. The capital of the governorate is the 6th of October City, and the population of the governorate was 2.5 million people. It contains industrial areas and a number of universities, including Misr University for Science and Technology and its teaching hospital and Dar Al Fouad Hospital in addition to 6th of October University and its teaching hospital and the City of Culture and Science and the University of Arts and Modern Sciences MSA. In addition to Sheikh Zayed City, which contains a branch of the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University.
هي محافظة مصرية سابقة صدر قرار رئاسي بإنشائها يوم 18 أبريل 2008، كمحافظة مستقلة عن محافظة الجيزة، وتم إلغاؤها في 2011 لتعود تابعة لمحافظة الجيزة. ورأسها الدكتور فتحى السيد إبراهيم سعد، عاصمة المحافظة هي مدينة السادس من أكتوبر، وكان عدد سكان المحافظة يبلغ 2.5 مليون نسمة.
تحتوي علي مناطق صناعية وعدد من الجامعات ومنها جامعة مصر للعلوم والتكنولوجيا ومستشفاه التعليمي ومستشفى دار الفؤاد بالإضافة إلى جامعة 6 أكتوبر ومستشفاها التعليمي ومدينة الثقافة والعلوم وجامعة الآداب العلوم الحديثة MSA. بالإضافة الي مدينة الشيخ زايد ويوجد بها فرع كلية الهندسة جامعة القاهرة.
